As a registered yoga teacher, Jessica prioritizes the importance of a holistic approach to creating balance in life and often helps clients regulate their nervous system through breathing exercises, movement, and meditation. Jessica utilizes somatic processing concepts in her counseling practice, helping clients to identify where and how they hold emotions and experiences in their bodies.
Jessica is completed education in couples counseling and sex therapy through the Integrative Sex Therapy Institute to help those experiencing low-sex relationships, infidelity, shame, exploring cultural and gender roles, redefining monogamy, body-image issues, trauma, and sexual dysfunction.
