We adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA best practices. We also trust our clients to know what is best for them; we believe part of healing is empowering agency and renewing self-trust.

We partner with mental health professionals, integrative health professionals, prescribing providers, and nutritionists to facilitate whole person wellbeing. We also believe part of collaboration is a commitment to being practitioners who are continuously learning; we value ongoing training and consultation. And most importantly, we collaborate with you.
