Connected Wellness Group strives to create an ethical, compassionate, inclusive, and fun environment where clinicians thrive—pursuing professional development and interests and having space for personal connection and rest. Here are some things we believe set us apart:
We provide a supportive clinical community built on collaboration, integrity, and inclusivity. We want to be a practice for therapists which means thoughtfulness in how we operate the business for our employees.
We have a weekly meeting geared toward connecting with one another, consultation and staffing cases, and learning from each other. Connection is at the core of how our team functions= from break room conversations over the gummy bear jar to clinical check-ins.
Unlike many practices, we pay our therapists for the hours they work every two weeks even if we have not been paid by insurance. We believe it is our responsibility to manage billing and you should get paid for your work regardless. This sets us apart from other practices in the area who pay “fee for services” which is once insurance reimburses the practice (or doesn’t, because that happens!). Additionally, we do not pay a split. Splits are messy. You are paid a flat rate per session based on your experience. Thus, we provide raises as your career advances.
We plan for therapists to see clients in-person. This is a W2 position, not a contract position.
